Pursuant to provisions of procurement
laws (RA 9184 and RA 12009) and their Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR),
this office hereby calls for a strategic planning meeting to modernize
and streamline the school's procurement activities for Fiscal Year 2026 on February
2, 2026 at 1 o'clock in the afternoon in the school's Conference Room.

The meeting aims to align our
procurement strategies with the principles of transparency, competitiveness,
efficiency, value-for-money, sustainability, and fit-for-purpose procurement as
mandated by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB). The agenda shall
cover the following:
a.
Presentation and analysis of audit
observations to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures for the
next cycle.
b.
Ensuring that all requested items
included in the drafted Project Procurement Management Plan are consolidated
and aligned with the school’s priority programs, projects, and activities to be
reflected in the Annual Procurement Plan
and Work and Financial Plan.
c.
Review of the school's procurement
processes and standards in compliance with official issuances
