In view of the upcoming barangay, local,
and national elections, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Provincial Field
Office of Catanduanes will conduct a Mobile Voters’ Registration and Voter
Education on February 11, 2026 starting at 9 AM in the CSF Multipurpose Hall.

The Mobile Voter’s Registration is open
to all learners, employees, and community members who have no existing voter’s
record and at least 15 years old by October 2026. Other services may also be
offered such as transfer and reactivation of registration .
3.
Requirements for registration include
copy of valid ID that indicates date of birth (such as National ID), and clear
photocopy of birth certificate.
4.
The Voter Education is open to all who
are willing to attend, regardless of age, registered voter or not.
