This office announces the conduct of 3rd Quarter Parents and Teachers’ Conference
on February 12, 2026, at the school’s Multipurpose Hall.

The following are the agenda:
a.
Reporting of 3rd quarter
learners’ academic performance.
b.
3rd quarter classroom awarding.
c.
Conduct of the school’s Founding
Anniversary Celebration.
d.
Conduct of End-of-School-Year Rites –
Recognition Rites, Moving-Up Ceremony, and Graduation Ceremony.
e.
Revisit of guidelines for awards and
recognition in DepEd.
f.
Learners at risk of failing.
g.
Other concerns of the SPTA.
3.
The school’s SPTA Coordinator shall lead
in coordinating with the SPTA Officers through the association’s President.
4.
Standing committees involved are
expected to perform their functions accordingly.
5.
Attendance of all teachers and parents
are required.
6.
For information, guidance, and
compliance of all concerned. Wide dissemination is desired.
